Do people really do intros on here? I’m gonna do one just in case.
I’m Franziska, or ~~Aeris/Aerith~~ (update 4/21/25: my secondary preferred name is now Zola or Zora, please call me that instead!) Either or, I don’t mind. I’m 17, just putting that out there because I know a lot of this website’s userbase is adults.

I decided to make this journal to put my personal and fandom-related ramblings… I’m trying to move away from tumblr (@/cadaver-cupcake btw) because it’s not great for my mental health.

I love Yugioh. I don’t really have any other media-related interests. As of now, I’m almost finished with Duel Monsters and intend to watch Arc V afterwards. (And yes, I am a filthy dub watcher. Sue me. But I also like the manga so put your pitchforks down maybe?) I’m a yumejoshi and I ship myself with Ryou and Marik. Also, I really, really love shrimpshipping. I’m not really a super fan of any other ships besides that one. XD (update 4/21/25: erm, angstshipping and hikarishipping would like to have a word with you...)

That’s all I really have to say… I would like to find a community on here. Make some pals, maybe.

Soz for not posting! I was on vacation and got a bit behind ;w;
Well, I finished Duel Monsters... the ending made me SO SAD AUUUGHHH. And the way the final episode just ended so suddenly too? DSOD was also pretty disappointing in terms of its ending. But I'm reading the manga now and I'm planning to watch S0 eventually.
I also started Arc V! So that's fun. I think Yuya could benefit from therapy. Also I think the show would be 100x better if Yuzu (I refuse to call her Zuzu, sorry) were the protagonist instead. Also I hate Fredrick, I know he's a kid but he's SO ANNOYING. >=/

...Okay, I'm gonna go write some fanfic now. Idk.

Finally caved and bought Procreate :T
I initially told myself I wasn’t going to because I’m so used to ibisPaint, but that’s actually a huge reason why I got an iPad in the first place. I’ve messed around with Pocket on my phone, but it’s really just not the same.

Work was… *through gritted teeth* great.
Sigh. I’m trying not to hate it. It was only the first day after all. But I’m kinda annoyed because management was out of town so it was just me and the other new hire to our own devices.
I don’t even wanna start on the environment itself… I mean, it’s a dog kennel. Loud and smelly. I’m just going to have to get used to it, I guess. But it’s gonna take a heck of a long while.
I don’t *have* to work, but my parents are insisting that I do. I don’t know why, we’re well off so it’s not a financial thing.
Idk… I’m just glad to be home now.

Well, I’m about to go off for my first shift at my new job (I’m working 2 shifts today, but they’re just an hour each). Let’s see how this goes! It’s at a dog kennel by the way. Which is a huge step up from my previous job (grocery store cashier… ugh… never again).

I GOT A 25 COMPOSITE LETS GOOOOO

To be fair that isn’t an exceptional score, but I’m happy anyways because I thought I was gonna get like a 10 or something lol. Plus I guess it doesn’t really matter that much because the two colleges I’m looking at (thankfully) see standardized test scores as an afterthought and aren’t required ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Also my state’s average composite is an 18 so that’s good I guess.

I should probably be going to bed. I start a new job in the morning and I’m really excited! ^_^
